Only players registered in the Spring 2014 Season are eligible to sign-up for the Winter Clinic
Q: What is the Winter Clinic? A: The Boys and Girls Winter Clinics are for 5th through 8th graders, and are skills based sessions designed to introduce and enhance your daughter’s/son’s lacrosse skills and knowledge.
Q: When does Winter Clinic registration open? A: The Winter Clinic registration opens on December 1st.
Q: Are there limited spots available for the Winter Clinic? A: Yes – The registration window will close when we hit capacity – so be sure to sign-up early to guarantee a spot!
Q: What is the Winter Clinic fee? A: Fee: $145.00 To register, please scroll down to the bottom of the Registration System to locate the Winter Clinics. * Payment is done on-line and by credit card only (MC and VISA).
Q: When does the Winter Clinic begin? A: The Winter Clinic begins Saturday, January 4th - and runs for 8 weeks. Times: (be there 10 minutes early so you are suited up and ready to go)
Boys 5/6: 5:00 - 7:00pm
Boys 7/8: 5:30 - 7:30pm
Girls: 5:00 - 6:30pm

Q: What equipment is required? A: The following equipment is required at all levels. For insurance and safety reasons, lacrosse equipment is required – for example: no hockey helmets.
Boys: Lacrosse stick, arm and shoulder pads, helmet, gloves, protective cup and mouth guard. For additional information please click on this link: Boys equipment info.
Girls: Lacrosse stick, goggles, and mouth guard. The mouth guard is not allowed to have any protrusions (e.g. no tabs).
Goalie equipment provided by MYL.
Q: I heard there are try-outs for the Boys 5th-8th Grade Spring Teams? A: Yes, Spring Team try-outs and evaluation sessions will be conducted during March, 2014.
There is room and a spot for everyone on the Spring Teams. No one will be turned away.
The try-outs will be organized and managed by the grade coordinator. In addition, in an effort to obtain objective feedback, we will have a number of independent evaluators. These try-outs, along with the prior season evaluations, will form the basis for determining the teams for the 2014 season.
Additional information will be distributed as the try-out dates approach.
Q: During the registration process I was told I was wait listed. When will I be told if I am able to attend?
A: The Winter Clinic starts January 4th. MYL will notify you via email by the end of December.
